My android phone supports the concept of "long press" for opening contextual menus. Maybe flash could support press or press-drag as mouse-overs and long press as click. Or, visa-versa....long-press + drag is mouse over and press is click. (Of course, this thought came to me last week while playing an old licensed copy of Sam and Max hit the road on ScummVM on my phone.)
It's certainly a solvable problem.

While some 'Experts' are trying to draw pictures of extinct fish, these guys are going to give us moving 'art'.
I'll admit, the 30-min battery life sucks, but I bet they could use some magnetic induction technology to let the fish charge up as it gets near the bottom of the tank. It would actually get it's 'food' from the bottom. Now how cool is that?
