Well that's kinda tiny. I mean, come on, how the hell can he fit any decent stuff in there with that sorta space. But I suppose a huge wall-mounted TV would kick butt - roll over and enjoy:P
And another thing; how much income does he have spare, the rent on that is tiny, so what does he do after food and that?
