    Irrational fear is not a survival tool. It's a way to get you killed more easily by the thing you fear. Irrational fear makes you panic, and panic makes you do the wrong things, like running away from predators or trying to swat bees with your hands, making them angry and much more likely to sting you.

It was in the paper this morning that because we are a tax paradise, especially for American companies, the Fortune 500 companies have 127 billion dollars stashed up in our country. If now suddenly the EU starts to meddle with the way we do business, this money may vanish and we lose a lucrative and easy part of our yearly income.

    Unfortunately apart from the 'most' I have to agree with you. Not even on universities you see many people with interests way beyond their field.

    That would indeed be nice. Messages on the Mac is still pretty bad, and the handling of invitations for Calendar is abysmal if you choose not to use Apple's Mail but another email client (Thunderbird in my case because that has some features I really like that Mail misses).

    You can even argue that 'perfectly adapted' means they don't have to reproduce because having to reproduce means that you die, and that means that the environment in which you live is not good for you. So 'perfectly adapted' is incorrect on many levels.
