If we keep this legislative crap up in America, Open Source anything is going to outsource to to other contries and leave America out in the cold. One day open source projects will become very mainstream and America will be just too late. We'll all be paying the Microsoft, RIAA AOL-Time-Warner taxes for everything. I'm a beliver in free market, but this legislative garbage to force out competion to gain more power (and that's what it's about folks, it not just money, but control) is out of check.
