No, this isnt a boycot of any kind. Do you really think Intel cares if 1 state out of this whole world, is going to effect them? HELL NO. All this does is make things harder on businesses, and computer repair shops, and sellers, such as myself, a technician. I frankly dont care about serial #'s on a processor. Quick Thinking: What would you do if the wires fell into the toilet while you were letting one off? That would have quite a "shocking" "outcome".
