Check out Sun Micro's Open Gateways program. It is primarily a grant program, but they also post suggested lesson plans, and training materials for teachers. It could be a start anyway.
Keep in mind, you may need to start very basic, like mouse and kb skills, for some of the kids.
I think that is the whole point! DC, Wall Street, and a variety of people running for president, ALL want somebody to be held accountable for these DoS attacks. What better way is there to accomodate everybody than bust somebody who is easy to bust. Or doesn't exist at all. I think mafiaboy is a total load of crap. And Dammit, they're not out to get me!!!
