I would suggest a "portable wiki", ie, http://tiddlywiki.com/. It can be used from every internet connected browser from everywhere, and can as well be used offline just by copying one file. You can tag and categorise your entries (tiddles), for ex. "discussion" or "source", and export everything or just one entry or just one category.
