German courts now ruled that if you're running an unsecured WLAN and somebody unknown does bad things via it (i.e. leech kiddie pron or infringe some copyrights by running p2p apps) you're fully responsible for that. I guess Austrian courts wont rule differently. And somehow I doubt you'll be able to get any info on who used your AP from fon.
