Everyone has been looking at the black/white issue. The real issue is that the model 'appears' to be using a white Macbook. Also, the logo in the original image has been shoddily cloned out (ie: you can JUST see where it was). After the Photoshop/Gimp-job, the cloning is less obvious due to artifacting.
This raises questions:
1) why didn't MS replace the laptop with a generic Wintel?
2) should the laptop have been changed to black in compensation?
(ok, ok, I'm kidding on that last one!)
ps: who cares about proper use of the photoshop trademark?
