    Hot air will move up and away, how water will disperse slower. Also land/air animals are generally much less sensitive to changes in temperature than aquatic animals.

    The infrastructure folks would say that it was the most hellish environment imaginable for servers

    You lock your servers up in airtight steel containers, you have an infinite heat sink available for free, and you don't have to worry about finding an admin at whatever hour, because they are right there on the ship. Sounds a lot better than most installations.

    They have no right to create an artificial monopoly. ESPECIALLY do they not have any right to keep people from breaking said monopoly.

    We're not talking about printing money here, We're not even talking about printing monopoly money. We are talking about printing ordinary stuff on ordinary paper just as people have been doing for decades. Xerox has no monopoly on printing.

    The problem is that some people tend to spend all their money on vices rather than their children. So now you have to introduce housing vouchers, food stamps, etc... and you get the same welfare system you have today, plus a basic income.

    how is it the "same" when it is dramatically reduced in size? you yourself admit that this is only a problem for "some" people, and you really have no idea how many people you are talking about.

    The free market rewards those who provide for society and takes less. It brings incentives to maximize your value. All this does is distort this which makes a worse situation for everyone.

    sorry but the free market does not exist unless there are enough jobs for everyone
