Actually there is a site that does scoring of MOOCs:

Personally, I don't think there are enough reviews there to be statistically significant yet, but there is a basic rating as well as reviews.
They spent over 105 million dollars on a software project called the "virtual case file" to support this. The project failed. Ah, that was the famous smartass computer Orac. Blake's Seven was a fantastic show. I loved how they changed cast members as the seasons progressed (first time I saw a show kill off key personnel). The final scene in the final episode was truly memorable.
