Reminds me of the time that someone threatened to sue me for a copyright violation after I linked to several pages in a site that had been archived on the wayback machine (it was a series of web articles that the author had decided to publish in book form.) I had lots of fun contemplating how their internet lawyers would have accomplished that, especially since the smarter thing to do would have been to request that the wayback machine stop archiving their site.
Can someone please explain to Mr. Murdock how the Series Of Tubes actually works?
