Any currency that can take a massive dive on the foreign exchange market due to Internet trolls posting on one single message board is a currency that will never have a single shred of credibility.
Just because legitimate businesses accept it doesnt suddenly eliminate the huge amount of risk associated with trading in that currency. There are also plenty of other ways of transferring cash within a day.
