I like Tiny Personal Firewall a lot better than zone alarm or blackice.:) It's free (for personal use), and gives you fine grained control over the network connections your applications make. You can restrict them to certain ip's and / or port combinations, including incoming / outgoing traffic. They also have a program called Tiny Trojan Trap, which is a sandbox'ing type program, I haven't checked it out, but it sounds neat.
