Maybe the Republicans lose Arizona and maybe Nevada. Nevada is unlikely because they have been split for so long they seem to enjoy it that way. Utah, Wyoming, South Dakota, Texas, Mississippi and Tennessee seem pretty solid Republican holdings.
The Democrats on the other had could lose Montana, Florida, West Virginia and maybe even Wisconsin.

The interesting part is that they injected their own leadership at the head of the line in that ordered list but members of Congress aren't really "officers of the United States" because those are found in the Executive Branch and not the Legislative Branch. Either way, a quick discussion and maybe a short consultation with the Supreme Court and we are good to go again.

Around that same time some other citizens were also protesting something about tax stamp requirements.

So, each self-driving car just needs 16-18 years of training on how to determine how to interact with the world while moving around in it and then a few months of training on how to accelerate, brake, turn and when to activate the turn signals. A few lessons about what various signage means and a quick explanation about solid lines and dashed lines and the self-driving car will be good to go. I image that this 16-18 year production line will result in drastically reduced prices over what we have today and vastly improved safety.
