There are not 260 'different' coins. Each state just changes the picture of the coins (except 1€ coin), but coins are still made the same way, materials, size, weight are equal in each country.
That leaves just with 8 different coins if my memory doesn't fail me... 1,2,5,10,20 and 50 cents and 1 and 2€...
