    so if its a flawed motion which take no regard of the consequentials eg

    -international treaties
    -legality of the law without having to rewrite other laws

    Its going to get voted down or even removed as invalid - people need to read and understand Citrine, Roberts or erskine and may to understand how parliamentary systems work.

    um yes but was this contract Justicable you can sign a contract that says you give up your statutory rights but it would not be enforceable and if you have been made redundant even more so.

    He would not know her new address which is the problem BTW in the UK there are a couple of ex BT employees doing serious time who found the address of the parents of a Criminal - Subsequently both of the parents where killed by a hitman.

    Look at how long it took Oracle Mysql to get Triggers and Sprocs compared to Oracle and comparing Gimp to PS there is no contest. Though not allowing government to contribute to OS where it make sense is a v bad idea.

    you develop an a different platform and OS to the live system bloody hell you must have worked for some cowboy outfits - you should always develop on the same system as your live environment ideally on identical hardware at BT we even wanted to have the dev and test servers from the same production batch so as top have exactly the same MB revs - we did allow disks from different batches (though our sysadmin would have preferred not to)

    bit dangerous I recall some one telling me about a couple of british xpats working to Texas Instruments in the states who went out for a drink got lost and knocked on some ones door to ask directions and one guy ended up blown away by some old coot with a shotgun
