So i did a search "yeah on Google" to see which company's are using such insalubrious cards, the it hit me. When i was a kid, they tried this once before, when i worked at a warehouse in New Jersey back in the 80's needless to say it didn't go over well.
Then i found this articular summited to "The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Community Affairs dept", a government agency inside the Dept of Treasury. Out on the web for everyone to see. It give all the reasons why banks should push this crazy agenda and also nothing that would protect the person with this type of bank theft device by any means. see Section II it will piss you off.
