They try to crack down on people illegally downloading on the internet but it is very difficult because there is so many places to monitor. Every time they do succeed in shutting down a site which is very hard because they are often in places where the u.s. can't infiltrate unless declaring war. Obviously they don't want to got this far and at this point its not that important. So they will most likely just complain a lot and not really do much to change the situation but make it a bit harder on leaks.
