Have you heard of PAS (https://www.pas.im/)? It's a web-based application that lets you and your collaborators build, organize, track, share, and retain it - your everyday information and tasks.
PAS has an editable task list, can accommodate attachments and colored Status Indicators that can communicate priorities. It seems to have everything that you're looking for. I use it for 2 of my businesses as well.
