What I've always wondered, is whether is any of these patent agreements with Microsoft include a payback, if it turns out they DON'T own certain patents that they are claiming to have been violated.....
or a percentage of that percentage or something....
That's the only way I'd sign something like that.
It's now probably going to court, and if Microsoft loses, they should have to pay back the companies they blackmailed into paying them!/okmaybenot
