Basically clients who will ask you for this sort of thing have no idea what they are asking but have been told to do so by their legal department or some other paper pushing idiots.
Just re-hash the BSD license and it will convince them you know what you are doing.
Don't let them know what you are doing, tell them you have a lawyer that handles these things and get one to rubber stamp it.
Oh.. and bill them 10 grand for it too if you think you can. It's all part of "The Game."
