Mansfield Pa. About and hour from New York state border and atleast 3 from any major city. Although I am in COW country the broadband here is pretty decent. I pay 50 a month for DSL and cable is also an option. There are also two other DSL companies that border the territory of mine, so DSL is pretty widespread. However in this area the main problem seems to be that most people can't afford the 50/month cost.
I am from PA and the real question here is why would the state spend 2.1 billion on broadband.... Do COWS and HORSES really need Broadband connections????

Why would the government work so hard to spy on us. When AOL will just release all our data from searches and do it for them.
