Apple should be able to reject any app on any basis that they want. It is their App Store. If you want to create you own App Store I won't tell you what you can and can't put in it, nor should anyone else.

Hard to get better *free* advertising than suing google and having a bunch of people discuss your company and your product. You might even get a settlement out of the deal and profit.
Pretty soon the MPAA will be limiting out ability to speak.:)
Give me a break, text messaging is causing movies to do well? Maybe they need to just face the facts that the movies they produced were crap. Well just my two cents.
One bonus of school is the ability to spell and appear intelligent. Go for the degree, it may not help, but it will show employers that you will work hard and that is somthing.
