This is absolutely ridiculous for 1 reason--
In a court case, the word of the officer trumps that of a citizen if they are in disagreement. Therefore, a camera is the only defense a citizen would have against a corrupt police officer. Obviously not all cops are bad, but retarded laws like these perpetuate what corruption there is.
