real time co-editing... i wondered how it was possible that nobody had not yet offered it. no,it is not that i was the only one on the planet that thought about it (google did too:P ). bah,i hope they do well implementing it. i will be curious to see it in action. ideas mean nothing when you are not capable of materializing them...
Here = Greece. On June every unregistered cellphone number will be deactivated by the providers who are obligated to do so by the authorities. I wonder how this can halt criminality. They can just get accounts from other countries, can't they? Or, simpler, they can steal accounts from others and use them till they get reported. it will generate more illegality like stolen account information sales or customer databases hacking. And of course, there is the privacy issue and how the information will be treated by the providers.
I consider him untouchable. He owns a billion-worthy company which has serious investors (Microsoft?).His company is on the news every now and then.I can't imagine that he could easily be affected by law , for such things at least.
I started making a gaming related website(a homepage for a gaming clan). It is my first (ever) attempt.I have some dilemmas on this:
1)I want to use MySQL but i only know JSP for the time being (i will take PHP on the next semester).Should i wait for PHP or start writing Beans? 2)If i choose JSP,will it be a problem in finding a webhost?Does Java support costs more?(As you can imagine,i need a really cheap host service.).Consider that i have never "managed" a website so i have no idea about these but i am interested in learning whatever is needed. Thanks in advance.
I think it would have been cooler for that "russian botnet killer", if it was able to convert the "enemy" botnet program and have it under its control than just kill it.Then that converted program could start converting its own kind.Just like what Agent Smith was doing in Matrix!
If it is possible to modify others' files through this flaw, what keeps someone from injecting code into an executable and change a highly-used shortcut? The curse of the large userbase...
