The US put a lot of military restrictions on Japan after the war, right? They're not allowed to build up an army or navy etc.
So... the Japanese government took it upon themselves to build up a fleet of ICBMs. Well, since they didnt want anyone to find out about this, they disguised it as a gaming console.
But, the problem remained: when they launch their attack everybody ELSE will ALSO HAVE a PSX2. So, to stop this but still keep it all under wraps they took a gamble assuming that we would all pass off the idea as too silly and think nothing of it!!!

It seems pretty damn retarded to restrict a playstation as a possible missle guidance system. Arent there a lot of way better, easily obtainable things to use... like a beowulf of Palm Pilots, or an i-Opener or just say... a regular fscking linux-mobile (in a really fscking strong case;-)).
