  1. When will we say there is no money left? on 'YouCut' Targets National Science Foundation Budget · · Score: 1

If it doesn't generate revenue directly, indirectly or by other means, it is frivolous by definition. Throwing politics into the equation is diverting attention from the realistic purpose of what government should be doing. We have no money anymore. Our currency is becoming a subset of the Chinese Yuan. At what point will you say this or that needs to go away to make the financials of our government sound? No one seems to talk about that. What is the limit? It is really bad when Hillary goes to China asking them to buy more American bonds and they look at our country like we are a bunch of spoiled rotten kids with a checkbook that is out of control. Apparently many do not understand that is the way they view us.

Net Neutrality would in the very least be un-constitutional. But like the gun laws that Washington D.C. had for 20 years, it's ok unless the judicial deems it unconstitutional. Any mediocrity saying it would not be un-constitutional is a tyrant by meaning of ignorance of verbiage or by having some tyrannical vestige in seeing it law. Read the friggin legislation. And if you do not understand the jargon, then I guess you have to believe in the dissemination the tyrants who wrote it are dishing out to you, right? Don't play like you know what's there in this forum. Ignorance is bliss here.......

Equally bankrupt is the analogies drawn here. America is bankrupt financially and ethically. The results show here on both sides of the issue of mis - information. Elaboration is not due because a lack of independent thought exists here and ends up construed as being from one side or another. The only thought that is relevant in the due coarse of the posts I see is absolute division and lack of cohesiveness on the part of all parties. And drives many to their corner. Hence, a lack of communication. Just like what I see in ALL news. And not just Fox.

  5. Re:Cutting edge == Johnny Rotten? on The Struggle To Keep Java Relevant · · Score: 1

With the global economy in a downturn comes reduced profits for Oracle being able to see a growth in their core products. If anything there will be a larger than normal downturn in core customers in the near future for their RDBMS and RAC as less expensive solutions become more and more available. Java has a long future though in many fronts. Like anything, there is the good, bad and ugly. The ugly being this cheap marketing ploy. Silly
