Well I'm still in high school, and where I live (New Orleans, LA US), no school in the city allows students to use any sort of computer. Except for a graphic calculator at most in the math classes. Yeah, they haven't worked out this whole giving away a computer thing, but we should at least be able to use them if we have them! It would be really nice, and it would save a lot of paper too!
