Oh, come on, give me a break! So basically, everything revolves around "since others do that, I'll do it too". Just because most of multi-billion dollar company use their patent portfolio to eliminate competition doesn't make it a good practice.
Heck, is really hypocritic from Apple's side to start suing their competition, when they are well aware they're infringing others patent themselves.
