My husband 1. doesn't drink (maybe a couple of beers per month?) 2. doesn't smoke 3. eats a great, healthy diet bordering on vegetarian & 4. exercises one hour a day, but he tends to get high cholesterol. It's called genetics -- look it up.
But then, he probably pays much more tax than you do, since he's working when you're commenting on Slashdot. Does he mind? No. He minds entitlement to so-called "freedom" much more, because it's not working.
Those countries that, according to you, does everything to encourage laziness and crime, have less crime put together than this "free" country. Not to mention the healthiest financial system in Germany. And you can be pretty free from employers under those systems, since you're not bound to your employers because of health insurance.
