I don't know if any one saw this or takes Wired seriously for that matter, but here is an "article" about cyberwar attacks being an urban legend.
There was an article on Wired a while ago about the same thing, it also brings up the idea that using the word "Cyber" is a very negative prefix for an internet based situation usually before an equally negative word like terrorism or war
