There is less possible airflow. Think of a radiator, where you try to have as much contact with air as possible. You'll need to keep pumping air/water/cooling thing inside continuously. Well, they are the experts, I guess they will have it sorted out, somehow.

It is really necessary to pack this so thightly? Isn't the refrigerating cost overhead worth it?
