It was an attempt at a brief analysis of the obvious implications of the type of technology that is currently being discussed on this site. I was only trying to take a broader outlook at where this sort of technology may lead us in the near future.
I believe that the future of this sort of technology will be very positive. When we are able to fully integrate technology into the human mind and body the possibilities will be infinite. Eventually we will probably have access to the entire World Wide Web through our conscious thought. If you don't know what a word means, you could consciously, or unconsciously look it up on the World Wide Web. We must remember however that this is potentially a very dangerous technology. We must make sure that we are extremely careful in how we deal with such a powerful technological advancement.
