I'm confused.. I didn't think that MP3.com was stealing the music of others. I was under the impression that if an artists music was on MP3.com, they were the ones that put it there. Can anyone confirm/refute this?

Its nice to see people actually taking the time to think about what they are posting, rather than just typing something like "KATZ SUCKS!" or some other nonsense. If you disagree with someone's opinion, voice your reasons instead of just posting some annoying, one sentence piece of crap.
Believe it or not, keeping the quality of the content on Slashdot isn't up to Rob or Jamie or one of the Geeks in Space.. it's up to us. Just happy with what I see for a change...
I'm not entirely sure I understand what this would mean. Would this increase the speed of the machine when running everyday apps, or (practically speaking) would this be limited to very specialized programs that like to hog processor (buying a processor for your program rather than the other way around for a change..) ?
24 Hour a day access to the co-lo site sure is nice. If your system bombs in the middle of the night, it sure is nice to be able to walk in and fix it, rather than wait until the morning after your clients have put a few hundred emails into your box...
Clearing space debris with a high powered beam... isn't this what phasers are for? *grin*
Personal opinion, mind you, personal opinion. Everyone is allowed their taste in music, be it techno or country, folk or pop, indie or corp.
