Not only that, but I doubt that various Linux distro patching is acknowledged in testing for "vulnerabilities" (used synonymously with "up to date" by the BrowserCheck) for modified browsers and plugins.
While most would consider the current version of Iceweasel shipped with Debian stable to be "fully patched", this tool likely doesn't take non-upstream versions into account and would report false positives on those as well.
