Carnivore is not designed to go through email archives. I like the judges idea, it has merit to it. I also do not understand peoples reaction to carnivore, the Internet should be free but not lawless. There is a very important differance between the two.
I completely agree with him, if business does not take control of the pollutants that they are spewing into the environment, there will be no clean air to breath or clean water to drink in a few hundred years.
They deserve whatever punishment they get, I have no sympathy for them at all. Breaking into someone elses computer is no different than breaking into their house.
This is being done right now, brokerage firms require that all outgoing communications be reviewed by a compliance officer, this includes email and fax. Email is allowed to flow within the organization but if it is going outside it has to be approved. A good idea if you ask me.

City of Heros is the perfect game for people without a lot of time, or even if one person can play more than the other.
Its easy and the character creation is very fun.
Perfect starter game, once your wife masters the basic concepts you will be able to move around games easier.
I don't think that they would push the delay past a christmas release unless they deamed it absolutly nessessary.
Loosing those christmas sales will hurt them big-time.
Besides I would rather them delay the release of HL2 if it means that it is going to be a better product.
