I am currently about ready to go through SprintPCS and order their Samsung SCH-3500. The question is, if I order the "Wireless Web Package", am I charged per minute/charachter/page view, etc? Or is it a flat rate? Someone might have posted about this earlier, but I may have skipped over it. Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks.
