I continually moan at the techies at the sites that don't support Firefox (and often Safari). Like the UK National Lottery site. I get the same response - "We don't support that browser". When I'm building a web site, I've always thought that it was up to the *browsers* to support my open-standards *code*, not the other way round.
It costs too much in buying it, maintaining it, getting new anti-virus software, fighting with it... I just don't have the money and more importantly time...
