I am currently employed by a consulting company. We had a pretty good system, although I think I need to have a talk with my boss about some type of flat rate.
We typically bill the client 25% above their normal rate, and the tech ends up with normal salary + $10/h. Not too bad, atleast I thought so before everyone else chimed in:)
