Has anyone looked at what the MPAA thinks of the whole thing? Their arguments sound reasonable, they doubtless get a lot of media coverage, etc., ad nauseam.
Anyone feel up to doing a point-by-point rebuttal? Or know where a good place to send it would be?

Hmmm...
Wonder if date/time, IP, and user-info from ISP (where applicable and available) would give enough info for probable cause/issue of search warrant...
Only real protection then would be the sheer number of users to track down and prosecute, it seems to me...
