(not flamebait) Regardless of your point of view, Joe L User just wants to get online, and its a lot quicker to get (for example) ATT's dial-up software running and Joe L User online to buy little sutffed piggies from ebay. Why is this study even done?
...to boot my RO linux firewall. Try getting that up and running in about 3 minutes on a machine that still smells like the bubblewrap you just finished popping with a cdrw (considering we're talking about any hardware from any vendor here...)
I work for an ISP. None of the engineering staff has cubicles. We have an entire floor to ourselves with parts strewn all over the place. In one room, we have arcades...in another room,the vending machines. I personally have always loved this environment. Its true though...the only problem is the music;)
Yeah, but they allow you to slaughter nameless baddies without questioning your morals. Imagine if the villagers made you get a hunting license and only allowed you to take out demons based on what season it was. And luckily there is no CNN standing by to show the villagers the unethical treatment of the poor little carvers as your Necromancer mercilessly explodes their corpses or raises them from the dead without so much as a release form...

A virus, worm, bug was globally exploited on my software on a weekly, even daily basis. No surprise here
