However do try to work some odd programming jobs here but don't forget about a social life and having fun. Unless you are having to pay for the entirety of school and you are going to an expensive out of state school you don't need to work a full time job. Especially as a computer science major, if you are in a city like Austin you will be next summer be able to find $20+ hour internship.
