This would kick off a revolution even greater than the industrial revolution. The danger lies in the weapons potential of such a technology. This would be much more dangerous and harder to control than nuclear weapons. Whatever nation's military has intelligent weapons will have a very significant advantage over other nations. When this genie is out of the bottle the world is sure to change significantly.
