    So call me thick if you like, but why can't ISPs become the repository for net credits, that convert right there at your point-of-entry into either time credits on your account, or cashable credit? Pay up a pool of credits each time you buy time, and spread them around the sites you visit as micropayments? Yeah, I know, you'd have to get all those ISPs to play ball, but when you think about it, it's the ONE KEY ENTRY POINT of real dollars into the internet for every user. Phil Campbell
