i have a tablet for you now i just got. a Archos70. It is great. It has a camera usb port. 8gb memory and you can add 32gb card. All for just under $300.oo and you can get it in a few days. Honeycomb may be out in a few months but you have to have a dual chip. and there are very few apps for this os now. My tablet has wifi too, so you can use it almost anywhere. buy right from Archos.
