Strange, in Perl $#a == 3 if @a = (1,2,3,4). That is the index of the last element of list @a (counting first element as 0) and not the number of elements (4).
These guys are kidding themselves. I'm sure that by the time they release the software or soon after there will be available a program to bypass it.
I wouldn't call rush a 4 year drag of the case through the courts. It should have probably done one or two years ago.
