This assumes that MS cares about what is legal and what isn't. Most likely they'll just ignore this guy and do whatever the hell they want to do anyway.
Then of course there is The Digital Bits who have had their review posted for a couple of days now.
I agree that 1024X768 is really good for a 15" screen but chances are he might also want to plug it into a docking station with his 19" or 21" CRT.
With even the slightest effort, at least the games will look better than a GameBoy Advance! And at over four times the cost for the hardware.
