Finally, I find IBM guilty of incompetence in having delegated the supply of processors and operating systems for their "PC" computer to companies without sufficient concern for consumers' long term needs. I therefore command all of the IBM officers involved in that decision to use Microsoft products and i386 architecture hardware to the exclusion of all others.
