I actually wrote a bot script like this that would converse with people (though not very well). For some reason, AIM had memory problems with this, and after a few IMs it just stopped responding with the script. I think it was an AIM problem, not a problem with my script, but... Anyway, this was back in version 3.0 or 3.5 or something. Maybe it'll be fixed by now. I should check. I still have the script around somewhere, I think. -Sosting
